The hotel was okay, the staff were horrible with the exception of maintenance. Check in was slow, they gave us the wrong room number, they were rude and condescending when I went to fix it.

Hotel with no air condition because of low season

I never stay at a hotel with no air condition. I set my room temperature at 18 degrees C , and after 3 hours the room temperature was 26 degrees c + humid. I ask front desk, they said because of low season , no air condition. I checked out at 6:30pm and they said no refund even I won’t stay.
