The staff and food were excellent. The resort needs some updating. The elevators didn't always function. One pool was closed for repair during our stay. All the restaurants on our second week were not open as apparently guest numbers were down from our first week.

We had an amazing time here. Everything was perfect from the food, service, atmosphere, & weather. The beaches were nice and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great, especially the jerk chicken off the grill- some of the best I had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone wondering about staying here

Long walk anywhere you go on the property, nowhere to eat besides buffets, most the food is cold, , could not get any reservations at the nice restaurants because they were all booked up as soon as we got there , the all inclusive is a joke, they don’t put hardly any alcohol in the free drinks , and only certain drinks are free. Bottom shelf stuff. Everything extra including rides off resort cost an arm and a leg until you complain, then they find you a cheaper ride. Bahia principe at runaway bay gets a thumbs down from me. I will Never go back.

The Hotel experience was good, some areas needs updated and also more activities for adults will be better, the food at the specialty restaurant was not good, the buffet is the best option.

The staff at this resort where extremely well trained. Without an exception, each person showed true caring about our comfort, experience and relaxation. They were all very professional, kind, and made my wife and I feel very relaxed and were able to enjoy the facitlity, The grounds were great. Well thought out, an area for just adults (Luxury) and for families (Grand). The resort had activities for all ages. Beautiful grounds that were right on the beach with a little protected cove to snorkel that had a lot of different fish to see. I have never gone back to a resort that I have been, in the past, but we will be coming back to this resort.

This was an all inclusive but a lot of things they tried selling. They charge per seat for their Jamaica show, they charge for coconuts which is free in all other resorts. Good hotel but I don't feel like an all inclusive should always be trying to sell you something

The rooms are a bit dark and outdated. Employees can be extremely nice but can also be very inappropriate!!! A "manager from a different part of the hotel" called the room asking for me and showed up at my door asking if we can "talk" in the bathroom because theres cameras in the hallway. (I obviously didnt let him in) He said some VERY INAPPROPRIATE things. I kept seeing him around the resort after and i just felt extremely unsafe and violated. My wife had to tell him how inappropriate and unprofessional he was acting! I definitely wouldnt go back!
