A Perfect Couples’ Getaway This resort is the ideal destination for couples looking to truly focus on each other. It’s not a party scene, which makes it perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and simply enjoying your time together. The resort itself is stunning, and the oceanfront view from our room was absolutely unmatched. The food was delicious, the drinks were always flowing, and we honestly loved every moment of our stay. The nightly shows added a special touch, turning each evening into a memorable date night experience. There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. We’re already talking about coming back—it was everything we hoped for and more!

Wasted Anniversary Trip! Every aspect of our trip dealing with Excellence Oyster Bay fell well short of Excellent. Travel booked through the resort was delayed 30 minutes. Check-in despite booking the excellence package took more time than necessary. Our main issue was with the Resorts quality of food and alcoholic beverages. Despite getting upgraded dinning options and alcohol we felt that the food and drinks were well below expectations. Portions are small and the food is not what is expedited of a 5 star resort. Alcoholic drinks are all made with low quality liquor and mixers, I’ve had better drinks at chilli’s. It’s a real shame since they offer so much fresh juice around the resort, why cheap out and not put it in your alcoholic beverages? Our room had load music playing every night from 8-12 preventing sleep. When we complained we were told nothing would be done. The roof terrace pool rooms looked directly into our balcony, really taking away from our privacy. On more than 2 occasions we had hotel staff barge into our room unannounced, both times my wife and I were not clothed. On multiple occasions we called down to concierge to make request only to be hung up on or for the phone to ring off the hook. Positive note is that the local staff are kind and try their best. House keeping was excellent. Requested to speak to manger but was never given the time of day. Overall I’d say we wasted our anniversary trip and walk away dissatisfied and unfulfilled.

This is an amazing hotel. Nicest room with great amenities. The food was fantastic. The service was wonderful. The bartenders near the pool, Joseph, Micheal, and Javance went above and beyond. Always greeted us with a smile. It boasts the best gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Very relaxing by the beach. And the top deck near the pool was very tranquil. Would definitely recommend.

The resort was beautiful! Staff was great! Food was good. Portion sizes were small but no problem. Room floor was a little dirty, and the couch cover was stained (noticed it first thing but didn't report it) they would have fixed it if we asked. Breakfast buffet was amazing! The resort is very nice well kept. The beach is absolutely amazing and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. I loved that the resort was not crowded or noisy. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing! The staff were pleasant with a wonderful attitude and very positive. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The entertainment was little lacking but not bad. It is more of a layed back resort which we didn't mind at all because we enjoy the peace and quiet. The food was good. I would definitely recommend the resort.
