The staff was the highlight of my stay. The Jamaican people are some of the most vibrant, friendly, creative people I’ve met in a long time. Each of them seemed to genuinely want to have a good time with the guests and make your stay memorable. The food was very good, my favorite spot being Spice, for the hibachi and the sushi. I stayed in the main building above the restaurants and one of my only complaints is that you could hear the dishes clanking at meal times and when servers were setting up for dinner. So, if you do not want to hear those noises, I would try to book a room in a different building. In the suite I was in you could also hear all the music from the shows that went on in the theater and events in the sports bar. If you aren’t attending the events and are looking for a quiet room, that building is not the best. Overall though I enjoyed my stay and the resort and staff exceeded my expectations. I will be back in the future to explore more of the resort on a longer trip. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars all around is due to some cosmetic issues with the room, the noise from restaurants and events that made it hard to relax on the balcony. Otherwise I have no complaints!

Service was tough at Spice and Caribbean Grove. Lunch and Dinner took too long and was not efficient. The best service was Chez Isabelle…Everton and KaFira were great!!! Overall, property and experience was wonderful!!! Loved the privacy of the property!!!

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, elegant resort on an amazing beachfront, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a fun party atmosphere with buffets and great entertainment then this is not the place for you.

Breakfast buffet was the same offerings each day but it would take me a week to even try it all! There's great options for any mood you wake with ... And the fresh juices were a bonus! Who knew I was missing beachside jerk chicken &rice and beans in my? (I'm forever change) Plunge pool on bayside was quiet and beautiful. No fault of the resort, but between the weather & accommodations,, everything was so beautiful that I couldn't shut my eyes to rest... I didn't want to miss a minute of it all. Can't wait to come back someday! ,🤗

The sand on the beach was great, and the ocean was perfect for swimming as long as you stayed in the designated swimming area. Not as great for swimming if you're outside of that area. The place is extremely well kept with lots of dining options and the food was good. Would have liked for the buffet to have been open for lunches and dinners it was a downside that it was only opened for breakfast and the rest of the meals had to be a la carte. The rooms did have a bit of a musty odor which stayed with our clothing when we left. Overall though, it was a great property, with a great beach, conveniently located in proximity to MBJ, and it was well kept.

Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.
