A little outdated but it seems they are in process of fixing that because there was construction noise night one till 2am but the food was decent I’ve had better food at all inclusives and I’ve had worse small beach with some rocky areas

This resort was great. It’s 20 min from airport and is close to everything. If you want to party locally, there are resort drivers that will take you and pick you up. It’s not cheap. Taxi fares can be north of 50 us per way. The resort was great!

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. The grounds, the beach and pool were really nice and clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the hotel could use some upgrades, there could be a bit more entertainment and nightlife and the food was just ok. We will definitely come back.

The food was 5 star. Very easy to get reservations, and although people do put towels down to reserve seats by the beach/ pool, we had no problems getting seats throughout the day. The staff is well trained & friendly. We stayed in the adults only side, but activities are mixed with children, like yoga and some entertainment.

We had a great time at this resort. I’ve been to 11 all inclusive and this was some of the best food I’ve had. Every restaurant was consistently very good. The resort was clean, rooms were cold and pool was large. I would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Zilara and, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were surprised by a $300 hold on our account — something we weren’t informed about beforehand. Our room was uncomfortably cold, and the thermostat couldn’t be adjusted. To make matters worse, the water was completely off for an entire day, and when it finally returned, it was cold. While the resort has beautiful amenities, these issues definitely impacted our stay. I hope management addresses these concerns for future guests. They did not accommodate us for any of it.

We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There are three main pool areas as well as three main beach areas. The resort has non motorized water sports like kayaking and sailing included. We went sailing one day and loved it. I also visited the Zilara spa towards the end of my trip and thought it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!
