I ordered a ocean view. The first room had no ocean view. They made it right, but the room was ready a few hours later. Also, the hours of operation for the jerk hut and outside buffet are wrong. (Almost never open at night) They also forgot that we scheduled a “timeshare like” presentation and waited an hour before they spoke to us. This delayed or plans for the day. The staff overall was great. The Jerk hut and all other outside food was excellent. Pool was clean and beach access and views were great.( Lots of places to take pictures) The inside buffet was basic at best.(Not recommended) Not a terrible stay, but will pick another resort on our next visit next year.

Everything you would expect from a resort. Did not explore outside the resort area except on guided excursions. No complaints as we went to relax with warm weather and beach/pool options. It had what we needed and was much appreciated.

You Don't get what you pay for

After paying over $900 per night for my short stay for a ocean view room . I was given a room over looking the pool. When i mentioned it. I was told that hotel .com doesnt always provide you woth accurate information and description of rooms. Very annoying having to pay $900 plus per night to watch some damn people in a pool

I had an amazing vacation. The service was great, the room were beautiful, and they had different events each night while we were there which was nice. Only thing I would suggest is try to check out earlier than 11 of you can because there is only one line and it gets very backed up.
