The property was beautiful! However, the initial room that we were given was hot and the refrigerator did not work. Our only options were to either stay in this room, or be split into two rooms. We choose the two rooms for the air conditioner and working refrigerator. This was very inconvenient to not have my family together at night. We are however thankful to have been in cool rooms instead of the hot one. Otherwise, the property was great!

The property is old, dated and has a musty smell. The AC and mini fridge went out at night which caused me to feel extremely nauseous and couldn't property store my medicine. The staff was great but the restraunrants were hot as well. It was not comfortable to eat and the flies were alot. I unfortunately had to leave and lost all my money. It wasn't a great experience.

Property needs updates. There is NO AC in the common areas. The hibachi restaurant had great food but the restaurant itself needs to be updated badly. It was as hot as an oven in there which made the entire experience pretty miserable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was convenient and spacious. The food was lacking. The service was great. The staff was great. The beach had a lot of seaweed but that’s pretty normal for the area. Overall a 7/10

It seems like this property used to be pretty decent, but its quality has diminished over the recent years. Rooms are in dire need of upgrade and remodeling. During our 4-night stay, the A/C wasn't working in any of the restaurants or main areas. The bar was routinely out of necessary ingredients to make popular drinks.

Our shower was broke the whole time we were there we expressed it to hotel staff they said they were sending up someone to fix it. Someone came to the room. I adjusted it, but it wasn’t fixed. We got that specific room type so that we could use the tub the tub faucet hand work either there was no water pressure.

Just okay time for the jewel to update elevators in building A under construction no concierge or front desk services in individual buildings must walk to main building big inconvenience the steakhouse is the only good dining option but still with limited items the beach food needs a revamp chicken tenders no seasoning had to wait hours for jerk chicken off grill but even then didn’t get any …it was a different experience than my first stay not for the better I will not be coming back ….retirees resort but only if you’re in good shape because the steps are painful

I loved the property and my room was very spacious. We stayed in the Sentry building which seemed to be the most active. The food was okay and the entertainment was lively. However, the live shows and DJ were extremely loud. This is not a kid-free resort, so be prepared for that.

Friendly staff and good food, but the beach was the worst I have ever seen. Not to mention the high price for the beach huts. We also had major issue with the shower water pressure was way too low or nonexistent. And last, no full size mirror in room.

The resort was amazing! The food was delicious! The staff was helpful and super nice. Everything was clean and accommodating. The bed was a lil too hard for me but some people may love a hard bed 😃 even with that the staff tried to make the bed softer. An amazing trip —- I will be back !

The property was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was not very good The steakhouse and Asian restaurants were closed every other night. The buffet was ok, breakfast was the best part.
