Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. Shawn at the privilege beach was just an awesome person. Sometimes it was just him, and he never seemed annoyed or bothered by everyone and their requests. He was ALWAYS pleasant. Bobita and Carlene at the premier club were just a joy to work with. I like that they organized the hotel in a way that allowed you to be in one area and enjoy all the amenities.... bowling, virtual gaming, club, ice cream, and dinning. I am a foodie so all inclusive have always been a disappointment, because let's be honest, mass produced food is meh However, I enjoyed most of the food I had here. Had some great fish dishes. I was disappointed that as a privilege member I had to pay additional for lobster. However, I will be back.

We really enjoyed our time here. The resort had many amenities, restaurants, shops onsite and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. People were constantly cleaning the ground areas. Our room was great and clean. It is humid there so there was a bit of a smell to the room. The food was delicious and we loved that the resort was all inclusive and absolutely beautiful. It was a tropical paradise. We just wished for more reggae music!!

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. Beware!!! Asked to join a welcome breakfast that turned into a solicitation to sign up for Premium vacations program. We were told it’s not a timeshare and they wanted over $4,500 down and $300 a month. Once we said no the welcome stopped immediately…otherwise it was a great experience!

What a mess. This place is about 45 min drive from Montego Bay so be ready to pay minimum $120 USD one way for the trip. We had to pay it 3 times round trip, one for the airport, a round of golf, and a day trip to Montego Bay city central. My family(6 adults, 1 toddler) needed a handicapped accessible room due to accident occurring right before trip. I called a week ahead to get that arranged. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything and will have to wait until I arrive at hotel to see if there was availability. I arrive at check in and they over sold rooms for the night so my family was going to be split up into different rooms away from each other, they were only allowed to stay one night and then moved to another room the next day. It became a wasted day as they couldn’t unpack their belongings and waited until front desk notified us room was available at 6pm. I don’t know if it’s the culture but everyone was on island time and nonchalant about everything. The staff was relaxed and nothing was ever a priority and was shrugged off. The food is mid and nothing is great besides the chicken they sell by the pool only during limited hours. The buffet is mid & there were times that looked like locals would bring a huge crowd and they would let their friends cut and get all the food so everything was gone fast, ignoring the line that was established by the resort guests. Got so bad where we just left and waited for them to be done so we can enter the building again and follow th

Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately not what we expected. While the staff was polite and helpful, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. The photos online gave the impression of a clean, modern, and well-maintained property, but in reality, the hotel felt outdated and was not as clean as advertised. The food served throughout the week was a major issue. It was consistently very spicy, with little to no variety, making it difficult to enjoy meals, especially for those with dietary sensitivities or children.At the Jamaican Grill there were day you hade to wait in line for more than 30 min for the food to be served. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for beach access, but the beach was poorly maintained and covered in seaweed growing in the sea floor which made it unpleasant to use. It did not match the expectations set by the promotional materials.The pools where big but we didn’t spend all that money to stay in the pool. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards we anticipated for the price paid. While we appreciated the staff's efforts, significant improvements in cleanliness, food options, and beach maintenance are needed. If a hotel markets itself as a 5-star destination, every detail-from cleanliness to food to beach quality-should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case during our visit.

This resort is beautiful. The large main pool was fantastic. I stayed in a Privilege Swim Up Master Suite, which was probably the nicest room (actually, two rooms in the suite) I've ever stayed in. The food is also terrific — the ice cream hut in the restaurant area, the Jamaican food by the beach, and the main buffet restaurant — all fantastic. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

I found that to be a very beautiful property. I would definitely love to come back again. The staff there is very helpful. If you have a problem, they do everything they can to fix the problem to your satisfaction the front desk night crew were awesome and they did everything they could to help fix my problem also Mr Weston is really good at his job and I think he really cares about his guests he’s a great property manager also Shell Ann kept our rooms, clean. she was very helpful whenever we needed her . really don’t have any problem giving this property a five star rating

Ocean Coral Spring is a beautiful resort. We stayed in one of the rooms with a swim-up pool, which was spectacular. The grounds are well-maintained and all the amenities are easy to find. We especially enjoyed Martha's Market buffet — the food choices for all three meals had a lot of variety and were delicious. A special shout out to Mr. Weston, who took care of all our needs.

This was a great hotel to stay at. All staff were friendly and Mr. Weston, manager, made sure my church family and I were well taken care of. The spa was amazing and I recommend the hydrotherapy and deep tissue massages. My room was well cleaned and stocked with towels and water sodas in the mini bar daily. The restersunts and buffett food were delicious!!! I would recommend staying here with family and friends if you're trevling to Jamaica!

Out of the many resorts that I have stayed at, this one was absolutely the best. Management was hands on in every aspect. Mr. Weston was tangible, reachable and visible throughout my stay. Not only for me but others stated that he could and would resolve any issue that we encountered. I for one needed his immediate assistance and he was there. He never passed the buck to others unless it was something he needed another worker to handle. Mr. weston and Lorraine were the kindest people and genuinely committed to seeing that we were comfortable and happy. I can tell that he manages well and has the highest expectations from all of his staff. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. My physical limitations required a little more attention than others and I was never disappointed. I thank the staff at the red snapper. Due to my allergic reaction to mussels, they had my food cooked somewhere else so as not to contaminate mine and it was delicious. I had to navigate the resort on a scooter so getting to the jerk grill was a little difficult. Again, the young lady walked over to me and said, just tell me what you want, and I’ll bring it to you. I believe her name was Angie. I have to do water therapy so having the swim up pool allowed me to workout on my own time. Upon returning home, I have recommended this resort to everyone that I have spoken to. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for a memorable experience.

For the most part I have nothing but good vibes for my first visit to this place. My only small critique would be to suggest changing the furniture in the room ie the couch and seating chairs I say this because white cloth material over time you see the wear and tear to include satins and dirt abundantly and if sat on while wet from pool or beach the cloth material stays wet. Maybe switch to a faux leather or something of that nature.

I liked the staff where kind and helpful, I liked the dinning options and live band music, the beach was not great on the kids side it was very rocky and almost not swimable. If you book the hotel for swimming in the ocean I recommend the adult side because when you book the kids side you’re not able to go to the adult side but the adult can come to the kids side, which was a bummer. Overall I would rate this place 8/10 if it’s wasn’t for the ocean it would be a 10/10
