We recently enjoyed an amazing stay at Ocean Coral Spring, and I just had to share our experience! From the diverse dining options to the vibrant entertainment, beautiful beach, and relaxing pools, we had a fantastic time soaking it all in. The spa was a delightful escape, too! However, we did encounter a few bumps during our stay. Unfortunately, we faced some issues with a leaking bathroom sink, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we found the maids to be a bit unfriendly, and the communication from the staff was unreliable at times. We often had to figure things out for ourselves due to receiving incorrect information, which was frustrating. Overall, we left with wonderful memories, but addressing these concerns could really enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback! We look forward to returning for another stay!

the staff were great our expierence was fantastic. buffet was about what youd expect. the individual restaurants were great. would recommend upgrading to a.privelage suite if you can afford it. butler service is excellent thing

First time in jamaica and i chose this property based on the good reviews and some some videos that i saw. Overall it's a nice property but i don't think i would stay there again. When we got there and lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. However, when we got to our room, it had a horrible smell. Maybe it wasn't cleaned properly after the previous guests left. We immediately had to open the balcony door for some fresh air to enter. The smell was unbearable. I called the front desk asking for a different room and they said they can't switch our toom but they'll send housekeeping to clean our room. Housekeeping never came until the following day which still didn't seem to do much. We had to sleep with the balcony door open the entire trip. The restaurants were decent except for the customer service. Wait staff were not very friendly. Food portions were small but we just ordered more. If you like to sleep in late, then chances are you will miss breakfast and have to wait until lunch. If you need a midnight snack after the club, that's nonexistent. The beach sucks. Worst beach ever. Lots of rocks in the water and the deepest it got were up to my knees. The swim up bar was nice and the drinks were really good but it closes at 5 and the music and everything shuts off which sucks. The drinks, jerk hut and bowling alley were the only things we enjoyed. For the price we paid, i would not recommend
