The property is beautiful, the staff aren't too friendly. I'm used to Jamaica being so overly friendly and that wasn't the case with this resort. I found the staff to be a little on the rude side if I'm being honest. The cafe was out of almost everything the whole week. The food was very good and a lot of different cuisine to chose from but found the restaurants to be less par then the buffet. The smell behind the "privilege" bar was so bad we were happy to move rooms. We were late for arrival BC our flight had a medical emergency, so we arrived almost 12 hours late. We as a couple were set up in a 2 bed room with 2 double beds. That's not ideal for a couple on vacation without kids, thought it was strange they didn't tell us at the front desk. We obviously asked to moved after the first night and it seemed like a hassle, they were saying oh that's an upgraded room but why we we as a couple want to be in a room with two beds on vacation. The front did try and make it up to us and sent some champagne and made reservations to try and make up for the lack of organization and that was nicest the staff were to us. The one time the Expedia representative and another lady from another company was laughing at us BC we were aware that we checked out at a certain time. The lack of communication was why we didn't know. All in all sad to say not a very organized or friendly experience like I'm used to when visiting Jamaica.

Beautiful hotel, cannot believe how incredible nice the staff was especially Des from the privilege team and our pool bartender Akeem. We had such an amazing time the restaurants had delicious food and we were treated like royalty. The bathrooms do need work with a mild Sewage smell but besides that great place to stay. Highly recommend to book the privilege package as you have access to everything in the hotel including top shelf liquors. We had a blast.

My family and I stayed at Coral Springs the last week of December 2024 through New Year 2025. Overall, I would say I was quite pleased with the resort. My room was spacious and clean, daily room service was provided, there was a nice lounge area to relax in, along with a roomy patio and comfortable egg chair. The beach area was comfy and clean…just need to get there early to get a lounge chair. Food options were pretty good. We stayed on the resort for 7 days and ate somewhere different every night. Generally the staff was helpful and friendly but occasionally you ran into a person or two that you could tell did not want to be there. New Year’s Eve was a blast although the host did not count down the last 10 seconds…someone had to yell out “Happy New Year”…not ideal…ugh! All that said, would I go back…absolutely. I arrived at 1245pm and I understood that I wouldn’t get a room until 3pm and I did not get a room until after 6pm. When I asked for a partial refund they said no but instead tried to offer me a bottle of champagne and a steak dinner at an already all inclusive resort. Management was not helpful at all. I will say the rest of the staff was completely amazing. I would not stay here again nor would I book through Expedia again as they were not helpful either.

There is not a negative . The staff was great the food wonderful lots of option . This guy who is a cook in Martha’s market restaurant, he’s the stir fry guy , he is simple amazing he cooks great and converse with the guest and he’s very knowledgeable about his hotel and he also loves what he does best which is cooking . The servers there at Martha’s market are wonderful Also . Not to mention red snapper restaurant. I went there for dinner and they did not disappoint. The front desk staff is great they have a nice bunch of people working there . I only have one wish and that is for the hotel to start pay the staff in us dallars rather than Jamaican dallars.
