Our stay at Ocean Eden was frustrating and disappointing. From day one, our key card didn’t work, forcing us to walk nearly a quarter of a mile four times between our room and the lobby for reprogramming. On the second day, we paid for an upgraded room, waited hours for a new assignment, and still had the same key card issue. After another long trip to the lobby, the door still wouldn’t open. A housekeeper let us in only after we identified items inside—an alarming security practice. Hoping for a fix, we reported it before our excursion, but when we returned, wet and exhausted, it still wasn’t working. After wasting hours dealing with access issues, we were moved to a third room and given an $80 refund—far from adequate. To make things worse, the TVs in all three rooms didn’t work, displaying an “antenna disconnected” message. The only positives were the food, entertainment team, and service staff outside the front desk, who were friendly and helpful. However, the resort’s poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and slow problem resolution ruined our experience. We saved for months, expecting a smooth vacation, but instead, we spent too much time just trying to enter rooms we paid for. I wouldn’t return and regret choosing this resort over others.

The adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect getaway for relaxation, whether lounging by the pristine pools or enjoying the stunning private beach. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-appointed, offering ultimate comfort with spectacular sea views. One of the highlights was the exceptional dining experience—a variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisine, from fresh seafood to international flavors. The bars were equally impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and a lively yet sophisticated ambiance. The staff at Ocean Eden Bay went above and beyond to make my stay special. We had an amazing time. The food was very good and there were so many options. The hotel made it very easy to book excursions that included a shuttle directly from hotel. The entertainment was also very good and we enjoyed especially by the pool!

Well…. The food was okay, and you can always find something to eat.Do NOT waist your time at Italian restaurant , we waited so long and food was absolutely horrible. However, there was no service at the beach or pool. The bartenders and almost all staff were not friendly at all —they definitely need to smile! Who wants to see grumpy faces on their vacation? But I would like to thank Server Amanda at the pool area, bartender Javan, and the girl at the disco club. Also, a special thanks to Server Natasha from the buffet—she made our dinner experience wonderful with her kindness. We definitely enjoyed our time with friends, but would I come back? Absolutely not!

We enjoyed our time at the resort. The food was, for the most part very good. My suggestion for lunch is to pull on your cover up and trek up to the main buffet. It is soon much better than the one by the beach or pool.
