I had a great time and some of the staff are amazing, especially the pool bar and pool servers. However my room wasnt replenished with my water and drinks. I also feel that some of the restaurants dont fit the world we live in. We need smash burgers, maybe a full seafood spot.

Property and amenities are beautiful. Staff overall very helpful and courteous. Ian in concierge was very helpful! Property is quite large but walkable or the staff can shuttle you next door or to the beach area if required. Best to walk to enjoy and see and meet people. Spa hydrotherapy was amazing. Food services depends on taste and preference but lots to choose from. Private gift shops and craft market outside at adjacent hotels- support the local artisans. Membership club was highly encouraged at check in, if not interested then don’t start the process. Takes time and patience including a tour etc. Guest services could be more helpful with lost items tracking and direction to guest in this regard. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I loved this property. It was beautiful. The safe was awesome. If you like to drink I recommend you get the privilege package. I highly recommend doing snorkeling on the beach. We did all of the water sports on the property and they were worth it. Pools were clean. Try the omelette and crepe bar.

I went because a coworker recommended and it was adults only. When I went it seemed like senior citizens. The pool closed at 5. Sunday they had bingo at 8pm the family side was more fun. No constant reggae playing. Our pool wasn’t hopping like the other side. I wanted adults only. Not seniors. Will not go again

Every staff member that I encountered was so welcoming and funny they all made sure if there were any questions that needed to be answered. The staff was extremely nice and the property was beautiful. Easy to book excursions and food was great. There were some inconveniences starting with us not being able to access our room with our bracelet then reprogramming only for them to still not work. We was then moved to a rooftop room for the inconvenience but then the lock mechanism fell off the door one day while leaving for an excursion and they wouldn’t fix it until we returned. The room was refreshed every day which we appreciated however we had to call down a couple times for wash cloths. Just a bunch of inconveniences

Most of the staff are not friendly and seem to hate their job. Also they try to upcharge you for Privileged service that you would automatically get with a swimout room at another resort.

This was my third time visiting Jamaica, and while I absolutely love the island, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this particular resort. When we first arrived, we were given the wrong room — we had booked an ocean view with a king bed, but instead got an ocean view with two double beds. When we asked for it to be corrected, they moved us to a room with a king bed, but it was only a pool view — not what we originally paid for. Disappointing start. Another issue was the baggage situation. After they switched our room, we were told our bags would be brought over. I waited more than three hours before I finally got fed up, went back to the original room, and found the bags still there. I was told they had “trouble with the door,” but I was able to get in just fine. That made me uncomfortable — anyone could have walked in and taken our things. The property itself was okay, but I didn’t love that there were stray cats roaming around the resort. It made the place feel less maintained and a bit off-putting, especially near the dining areas. Speaking of food, it was actually very good — fresh and flavorful. But the limited dining hours were frustrating. I’m on vacation and not trying to wake up early just to catch breakfast. By the time I was up and ready to eat, many of the food options were closed. To top it off, we wasted nearly an entire day being pitched to upgrade our membership. My mom ended up upgrading, but the supposed benefits didn’t seem to make much of a difference
