Its sad i paid for private birthday party but it was bad experience i did not have even a small cake the person who was serving was really rude so disappointed after paying my money i did not get what I paid for another time we wanted to go on a boat they told us to wait but no one came to help us really i regret caming to that resort very disappointed on my birthday

First the property is 45-50 minutes away from everything so anytime you want to go for activities or anything be prepared for a drive. Every drive is 160.00 for 4 people and 35.00 each additional person. No activities during the day unless you want to stay at the pool all day. No beach activities. Staff has no personality and are not very helpful. The food is not good and the portions they give you are like they are making a child’s plate. Don’t purchase the privilege package it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t visit this property again if they gave me a free room

Tons of resturants, service was hit or miss and i paid for privilege access and never met my butler. The room smelled of mildew and it was a swim out they came to spray it twice instead of moving us. Overall it could've been nice but was sub par.

This resort was definitely a 7.5/10 for me , I loved Martha’s Market , Tanhi Resturants . I wish they had more fun events on the resort for the guests . Before you book yes this is an adult only resort… ON ONE SIDE . They have 2 sides of ocean Eden one for adults and one for kids so if you are looking for a kid free vacation this is NOT the place for you but overall it was a pretty good experience I would say the drinks from the bar 6/10 especially if it’s busy but it was a relaxing and clean place I just wish I had more fun and more excursions they have to offer also this resort is an hour from the airport so be mindful of that if you want to stay low on taxi fares please do your research of the things you want to do and the distance of where things are before just booking a resort because yeah you may save a few dollars for booking this resort but now your taxi fares to go anywhere is $70 and up ! Like I said the staff was nice pool was nice and clean and rooms as well 7.5/10

On arrival was greeted with a refreshing cocktail and staff pulled our luggage inside so we can check in. We first went to the desk then after waiting in line was told to go to the Expedia desk. Which should have been told to us when we got inside. Check in at the expedia desk was fast after filling out some information form however our room was not ready and we arrived after 3pm the check in time. After 30 mins we were told our room was ready and was brought to our room by staff. When we got there the beds were unmade and the room wasn’t right. Which meant we had to go back to the front to correct this. Staff apologized but after a day of travelling you just want to get to your room. After an hour later we finally got a room which was on the first floor and not the view we paid extra for, but we were just tired at that point. The staff gave us a bottle of wine to accommodate. The food here was not the best breakfast had some limited options. The restaurants took forever and the food was okay. The Dj at the club was good but not a lot of people attended. Bowling was fun. But who goes to Jamaica to bowl. The entertainment was horrible. The resort was nice and clean but way too far from everything. Just to get to excursion took an hour with the traffic. I will not be back and not recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Ocean Eden Bay. Sometimes getting on and off the property was a bit hard for my driver, as they do ask a lot of questions to ensure who you are, but overall, it was a great stay. The food was amazing, the entertainment was amazing, and it was beautiful. They just need to work on a better system to track drivers coming to pick up and drop off guests.

My husband and I had a great time at Ocean Eden Bay! Staff were very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and nice location- and there were many great dining options! We didn’t have not one bad meal here!! The oxtails at the buffet were my favorite! Looking forward to our next visit already! Lol
