Hotel bien situé en centre ville

Séjour de 7 nuits avec petit déjeuner inclus. Chambre pour 3 d'environ 30m2, très spacieuse et confortable. Point à amélioré : - mettre des patères pour les serviettes de douche ou un grand porte serviette. Aucun endroit pour pendre les serviettes. - parking payant, ayant pris un séjour à presque 1000€ la semaine cela serait un plus d'avoir la gratuité de ce service. - piscine trop profonde non accessible pour enfant pour personne comme moi mesurant 1m50. Donc je n'ai pas pu me baigner avec mon fils seul mon mari en a profiter. - pas de brosse dans les wc, et nettoyage non fait par le service de chambre ( j'inspecte tout) - double vitrage quasi inexistant, sirène de pompier ou police bruyant tous les soirs de la semaine. - système de carte pour l'ascenseur très embêtant. Point positif - personnel de réception accueillant et de qualité - buffet petit déjeuner parfait. - prêt de serviette pour la piscine - situation géographique proche tramway, centre commercial, restaurant. 20km de la plage ( grande motte, palavas, carnon) - chambre spacieuse et confortable. - wifi gratuite, cable ethernet dans la chambre - le service de ménage est bien mais devrait plus s'appliquer sur les wc... - bonne ambiance global, établissement propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons passer malgrès les points négatif un bon séjour.
