der empfang war äusserst unfreundlich bei einer dame, nur schlüssel übergeben und gesagt wo der lift ist mehr nicht. alles sehr veraltet, die zimmertüre klemmt, teppich ist schmutzig, die dusche defekt und die duschtüre nicht dicht und im mülleimer lag ein gebrauchtes kondom. keine weiteren informationen im zimmer. das wlan funktioniert nicht. keine nummer für zimmersevice oder rezeption. kühlschrank war kaputt. barkeeper sehr freundlich. bekam keine tücher für den pool und es muss eine badekappe getragen werden, habe ich auch nicht bekommen. die dame für reklamationen war sehr nett. bin alles in allem wirklich sehr entäuscht.

En ce qui concerne l’emplacement et la forme de l’hôtel et au-delà du centre-ville, c’est très bien. Les portes des chambres, la trésorerie et le réfrigérateur ne peuvent pas être ouverts la nuit sans réveil des dormeurs. Et le petit déjeuner signifie moins que le centre ...

Hotel un peu trop loin du centre pour visiter

Pros: vue magnifique coté mer
Cons: salles de bains vêtuses
Location: rien dans ce quartier.
Hotel éloigné du centre ville : 30 min de marche pour s'approcher du centre historique....

Emme mene toista kertaa.

Pros: Näköala merelle.
Cons: Henkilökunta voisi ajatella, että asiakas on oikeassa. He ovat täysin ylimielisiä palveluasenteellansa.
Location: Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana keskustasta, ympäristössä ei ole mitään nähtäväää.
Kaikki negatiiviset epäilykset kävi toteen, joita netissä peloiteltiin. Pakon sanelemana nukuimme siis yön. Kun kysyimme huoneiden hintaa respasta ylimielinen nainen valehteli, että on vain noin 90;- huoneita. Netissä oli kuitenkin sama huone 57,-. Puukkasimme netistä huoneen ja rouva suuttui siitä. Ravintolasta piti saada edullinen menu jos huone, tarjoilija ei ymmärtänyt englantia ja suoraan sanoen ryösti valehtelemalla, että illan menu kuuluu siihen tarjoushintaan. Maksoimme itsemme kipeiksi. Koko henkilökunta on asioissa vain oikeassa, asiakas ei missään nimessä. En mene koskaan enää, enkä suosittele kellekään.

MAUVAIS CHOIX

L'hôtel est en apparence très chouette, personnel de l'accueil chaleureux... Mais dès que vous montez à la piscine et que l'idée vous vient de tremper un doigt de pied, on vous réprimande et vous oblige à porter un bonnet de bain ! De plus, le petit déjeuner est passable, sans parler de l'endroit ou est situé l'hôtel. N'y allez pas si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé. Les chambres sont en revanche assez confortables.
