I’ll stay in this hotel once a month minimum and it’s always an easy experience. The shuttle from the airport, fast and friendly check in, super nice bedroom, comfy bed, all amenities. I have used the bar before and the options are good, the swimming pool is handy ..

When we landed in Montreal, we located the hotel’s airport shuttle and the experience was interesting. The driver did not offer to assist us (two young women) with our luggage. To top it off, he offered a family of 6/8 a ride to their hotel and assisted them with their luggage, after we had already boarded the bus. He proceeded to drop off the family, and maintained a cheerful and helpful attitude with them. Subsequently, we arrive at the Aloft and had to remove our luggage ourselves. . The driver that took us to the airport the following morning, greeted us with a warm welcome and eagerly assisted us with loading our luggage on the shuttle (as he did with every other guest). He ensured that everyone there and their luggage was safely transported to the warehouse. This made me to believe that the first driver’s attitude and lack of assistance was an anomaly. We had a lovely stay at this hotel the night before our flight out. Rooms were spacious, clean and hotel staff extremely friendly. I’d definitely stay again. I will caution that they do offer extended parking for $25/night. We opted to park here instead of park’n’fly and my vehicle had extensive damage when I returned. I won’t do that again.

Very poor customer service

Poor communication. Sent inquiry multiple times about shuttle details, no respond. Left an item in the hotel room, called the hotel 3 hours after check out, they insist they would call back. Nothing. Called to followup once a day for the next 5 days, until they said they couldn’t find it. I submitted a survey complaining about the incident, they responded that they found my item within a few hours. Took them 2 weeks to send my item back, where i had to create a shipping label on my own. It took me over 3 weeks to get my item back, which I paid express shipping for. The stay was fine, as long as you don’t need any customer service. And there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area.
