Hotel lobby doors broken. Hotel dirt on floor was left there for 3 days. Windows dirty. Suite was dusty. The hotel is in a prime location with great views of the city. The hotel is located in a great location close to dining, waterfront and parks. That being said the hotel is very dated and has seen better days. The updated room looked cheap and out of place. The carpets in halls need a good cleaning. The me are missing numbers in elevators, peeking paint and wallpaper, dirty carpets, dust and much more. The hotel was okay however I would not stay again.

This hotel has many dining options close by, and is a short walk to the older part of the city. The on-site parking was very convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel with surprisingly large rooms for downtown at a very fair price. The area is relatively close to both Concordia and McGill campuses and downtown. It's also close to both the orange and green subway lines and the train station - so getting around was easy. The staff were great.
