Room was in great condition but the check-in was overly long. 30 minutes of standing in line is a bit much. The express kiosks were not working. I attempted to use it but it just gave me an error and afterwards displayed "out of error".

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is gorgeous, clean and connected directly to the underground. The breakfast buffet was fun and staff were lovely and welcoming. My only complaints would be not being able to order breakfast with room service and the heated pool definitely could have used a tad more heat. Overall, wonderful experience and will definitely go back.
