The hotel is a unique one in that the room levels are at the top of the hotel which includes a green foliage area outside and a year round outside pool deck and hot tub area. The staff is attentive, the food at the restaurant, although a little pricey and not gourmet level, is good. We loved the cleaning robot who nicely tells you to get out of her way when you meet her in the hallway. The room (deluxe in our case) was very roomy, with a King bed, and couch. The shower unit was efficient with no water issues. The only issue we had is that for a deluxe room in a hotel such as this, we should not have a received towels with large holes in them from wear. Someone wasn’t paying attention in the cleaning department.

Love the year-round heated outdoor pool, convenient location, walkable to Old Montreal and the port, across the street from Via Rail Station, excellent service! Room is refreshed daily which is rare these days!

The staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable!! Once you figure out the lobby is on the 10 th floor life is good. A bit confusing a first hahaha!! Great place

Great unusual hotel in the heart of this fabulous city! Love the outdoor pool on rooftop. Nice to have a hot tub and sauna as well though it would be good to have a cold shower for latter. Our room was ok, looking a bit bland and rather uninviting. Quiet rooms because it’s a concrete building. Staff friendly.

Toilet paper was placed low and out of reach, pulled my shoulder. The walk from the lobby to the room was long and had to walk up many steps with our suitcase. There was no water in the fridge and it got really dry and hot at night. The tap was confusing, kept splashing water and couldn’t get used to how to turn it on or off. One of my pillow cases smelled really bad. Everything else was pretty mid. I was disappointed.
