I never checked in. The front desk clerk saud that because I have no credit card, I cant check in. I want a refund of $227.40 that I paid online to Expedia. It was paid by debit. If you dont refund me Im calling the police and charging Expedia and this hotel with theft, filing a lawsuit, notifying the public.

Downtown location close to convention center and walkable to downtown attractions, old town, and Chinatown. Not far from Mount Royal Clean, comfortable, with a very nice breakfast (and exceptional coffee machine). Would stay here again.

Great staff, very welcoming. Rooms were very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered so many food choices. The only drawback was the parking which was offsite.

The hotel was an excellent find. The staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet, and the fact that a hotel that didn’t cost very much as far as Montreal standards go, took the time to make sure the rooms were kept clean every day with fresh linen, and cleaning everything in the room. A welcome change from other hotels that only clean when requested now. Definitely would go back again.
