We woke up at 4:00 am and drove seven hours to Montreal yesterday to help our son move, not arriving to the hotel until close to 9:00 pm. The much needed shower was cold water and we were abruptly awakened at 8:00 am by the cleaning staff screaming at each other for twenty minutes just outside our door. It was scarey enough that my husband didn't want me to open the door to get them to stop.

I wanted to change my reservation to New Star Motel Laval but the receptionist refused and refused to let me speak to a manager or a supervisor they was very rude about even when I got Expedia to contact them they still refuse to even reimbursed two night to me I would never refer anyone to this place. New Star Motel in Montreal customer service or the people that work behind the desk are thief's they stole my money and refused to transfer me to a nother hotel even after I explained to them it was a mistake by booking the room there while I was trying to book my room at New Star Motel in Laval. Worst experience with customer service in New Star Motel Montreal.
