The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable and an extra blanket was provided. The only drawback was that the pool and hot tub were not available at all.

I specifically booked this property because it was advertised as having a hot tub and a pool. Both were out of order and had been for a couple of years (front desk advised). Dust on my night table was visible and never cleaned during our stay. WIFI was not usable unless you signed up for a membership which I did when we arrived since we had no WIFI without it but it took 4 days for it to get connected to my stay and therefore my room. So we had WIFI for one day. When we arrived, the price we were initially charged was not the price that this website had quoted. This is touted as a 4 star hotel but was a huge disappointment. The only saving grace was the staff were very pleasant and helpful if they were able to assist.

Omni Mount Royal

I had a very comfortable stay at The Omni Royal. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The downtown location was great for access to old town and Mount Royal. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect with about a 5-15 min walk to anything you could need!

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, walkable to shopping, dining, art galleries and McGill. Nice view towards the mountain. Staff very friendly. Cleaning person was lazy, never vacuumed our room in five days.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all friendly and charming. The room was fine. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed and it looked like a great facility. I guess, I'll have to try it again sometime.
