We didn’t arrive for check in until after midnight. The man waiting at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He also upgraded our room from a Queen to a King suite on the 3rd floor because there was construction happening on the street and he didn’t want the noise to wake us up. The bed was incredible—so so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the water hot! The hotel is in a fantastic location in Old Montreal—literally just across the street from the Notre Dame. The food at the restaurants is yummy, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

On our first day, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, as it had not by 3pm. The room was then cleaned, but a charcuterie plate was left in the room -after being there 24 hours. Other than that, great visit.

The food service in the rooftop bar was super slow and felt ignored most of the time. Front desk staff unhelpful and almost unfriendly given their pass keys failed all the time and needed to be replaced daily! For a Michelin recommended accommodation the rooms and especially the service was well below their standards.
