Villa Valeria is spread over several levels, following the gentle slope of the hill on which it sits. The main building consists of a renovated ancient trullo ?or more precisely, a ?liama??with a barrel vault ceiling and walls over one meter thick.
On the upper floor, there is a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofas and a TV, one double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and one twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The twin bedroom can be converted into a double or triple room by adding a single bed, if needed.
The main living area is surrounded by a cool, open-air canopy made of wood and fabric, extending onto a veranda furnished with chairs and accessories?perfect for dinners, lunches, and relaxing outdoors. The barbecue is ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals al fresco.
On the lower level, there is one double bedroom with a shower room.
Higher up than the main body of the villa is the air-conditioned guesthouse , equipped with ceiling fans, which features one double bedroom with a sea view and an en suite shower room.

Villa Valeria is located in Torre Vado, just 1 km from the famous Pescoluse beach, known as the ?Maldives of Salento.? There are long stretches of public beach and numerous equipped beach clubs, including the Eden, which also welcomes pets.
Just 800 meters from the villa, a small marina allows you to dock your own boat or rent a small or medium-sized one for trips along the coastal caves.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
