Puglia - Private villa with private pool, close to the sea and olive groves
"This place is something special. Antonio and Assunta are the kind of hosts you hope for and rarely get, warm, properly helpful, and genuinely invested in us having a good time. Antonio even took us on a private tour to a local winery and oil mill, which was a real treat and not something we’d expected. The villa itself is brilliantly kitted out and in a properly good spot, close to the best beaches and some seriously great restaurants. The outdoor area is spacious, the pool is lovely, and there’s plenty of seating dotted around so you can find your own corner to settle into. There’s also the friendly cat who saw us off every morning and welcomed us home every evening, which we got quite attached to.Evenings were just lovely, either out at a restaurant or eating on the terrace back at the villa, both equally good in their own way. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Outstanding from start to finish."
