The property is situated in the charming seaside resort of Torre Vado on the Ionian coast of Salento, between the towns of Torre Pali (a 9-minute drive) and Santa Maria di Leuca (a 12-minute drive) which lies at the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula.

The town is renowned for its seafront promenade that leads to the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters of Pescolus.
