This hotel did what I needed it to, and it looked great doing it! My wife and I were in town for a funeral and we needed a place that was within distance of the service, parts of New Jersey and Philly and it didn't disappoint.

Disappointing Stay

Extremely Disappointed!. I was expecting so much more from a 4 star hotel. The streaming in the room didn’t work, despite 2 staff attempts to fix it. The hot tub was warm & filled with kids. We got falsely charged for kids breakfast & it was only corrected upon checking in with the desk. We didn’t have enough towels to start and the room wasn’t that clean. Having worked at a Westin, I had high expectations. The staff was friendly & it was a mediocre experience but not exceptional.
