Love everything about this hotel. I stay here everytime I visit Mumbai. Beautiful clean rooms, exemplary customer service right from check in till check out. My flight was delayed and they extended my check out time by few hours which was very helpful. The restaurants in this hotel are just amazing. Must try! Room was huge, palatial might be more accurate ! Entry hall, a sitting room too, big bathroom and very quiet ; bed was super comfy and linen equally wonderful...best sleep. Staff were equally great, engaging and happy to assist. It's very close to the airport, right across the street ; free shuttle should be offered (we were ripped off by taxi company, $12 U.S for a - gee - five minute drive). Metro station close by too.
