Great location, worth the price

Fantastic room, fantastic location. This hotel room can actually fit 4 people in the room with large suitcases. The hotel is located at the beginning of the Temple bar area, so you were close to the action, biut not to the noise

The hotel was very well situated. Our check in went smoothly. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. However, be aware that the hotel is on a very busy street. It is very noisy at night with bars around and live music being played until 2am.

The beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the a/c at first but the mgmt was able to get it working. The hotel is in the heart of everything! We did not expect to park down the street and carry luggage over cobblestones. There is no bell service at the hotel during the week either so you can’t really try to double park in front of the hotel and drop luggage. The complimentary tea abc coffee in the reception was nice and of course everyone in Ireland including staff at this hotel are very friendly

Great location

This hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything from bars to restaurants to tourist attractions. The hotel staff were great. They offered us ice cream and lollipops on arrival which was very kind. We also received a coupon for a free drink in the bar next door.

Coming into Dublin at 5:30, the staff was incredibly accommodation, safely stowing our luggage (tagging it and locking it away), gave us water and tea, and answered our many questions. They put us in a “quiet” room- Temple Bar was so busy with the hurling finals on that weekend, but we had no disruptions. You may want to request one of the “quiet” rooms- not sure what the others are like, but ours was perfect! And so much going on in the are- lively, fun…and the Tescos grocery across the street was so convenient!

This hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar- directly above a pub. You can walk anywhere for this location. Be aware that you can hear the revelry from the streets in your room.

Our room was over a very loud, busy night club. We should have known something was wrong with the room when we went into the bathroom and there were 2 sets of earplugs. We ended up switching rooms at 11:30 pm. The bass was absolutely awful coming from the night club below is. This room should have never been rented in the first place. The location of this hotel is in “the thick” of Temple Bar. It’s a VERY busy location. If you like that- you will love this hotel. The hotel itself is old, but nicely maintained. Beds are mediocre- a bit hard for my taste. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No fridge in the room.

Don’t expect to be parking on site, but that’s fine. We came in from the airport and the taxi had no issue finding our hotel. The hotel itself is nice, the morning brunch is excellent. The hotel seems clearly to be a bit of a tourist trap trying to attract extra payments for each and every item you want. They have a weight scale for you to check your baggage weight (at a fee), the attached sports bar has fun games (at a fee), you can check in early (at a large fee). Overall, enjoyed the experience, no issues with noise, the rooms were sizeable and comfortable. Just watch out for the extra fees.
