Luxurious airport hotel with a great pool

The Leela is a beautiful contemporary hotel near the airport… a ten minute drive from the International terminal. The bathrooms are small but nicely designed and finished. Everything in the room was in perfect condition and very clean…very comfortable. The breakfast buffet, casual dining and room service were all delicious and fast. The large, tropical-style pool is great for relaxation. On the downside, the hotel is isolated in a redeveloping area with nothing within walking distance. And be aware that the hotel food services are overpriced, while service was mixed…efficient in most cases, but sometimes impersonal with lapses. And security appeared to be very tight, and I always got the impression that I was being watched.

It was just a stop over between flights so not there too long. Had a chance for a few hours at the pool where there is no bar or food service and in fact you cannot have drinks or food at your sun bed..... On the other side we had diner in the Chinese restaurant which was excellent

Our stay at the Leela was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. I especially loved the flower arrangements. The driver from the airport was very accommodating. The buffet was diverse and very tasty. I will highly recommend. Security made us feel very safe.
