Terrible parking:
we arrived by car at 7 pm and the whole area around the Hotel was full of cars. When I confronted the reception I got the comment that the beergarden in the neighborhood is so popular. On 3 out of 4 evenings we came across the same situation. As we did tours into the alps by day it was very annoyging to have parking place trouble.
Hot room:
When we arrived the room was as hot as the air outside. The room has no ventilation or air-conditioning. We had to keep the window open all night to have aome relief
Noisy environment:
As we had to keep the window open we were exposed to the church bells ringing every 15 minutes through the night.
No fridge or mini-bar:
The room did not have any cold reservoir for drinks. On the table a warm bottle of water and two bottles of equally warm beer were provided. That was very diaappointing for a 4 star Hotel.
All night party under room:
The Hotel let a party being organized with loud music under our room. Until 3 am there was no sleep. The reception was not occupied and nobody from the hotel was reachable to help us. Very disappointing.
No refund for internet portal customers:
Having booked via ebookers was used as excuse to not do any refund towards us for the terrible night we had and the spoiled vacation day.
Medocre breakfeast buffet:
If you like to choose from a nice well stocked breakfeast buffet you will be disappointed again. Only part of what is available is at the buffet

Pros:Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal
Cons:Fitness- und Saunabereich ist gut, kann exklusiviert werden.
Location:Mitten in Aying. Muenchen liegt vor der Tuer, die Alpen daneben. Golfplaetze ueberall.
Erstklassiges Hotel im alpenlaendischen Stil. Tolles Essen in beiden Restaurants mit bestem Service.
