Room spotless. Staff friendly and at check in she got us rooms next to one another (2 couples). Because our arrival flight and flight the next day were considered connecting flighgs, our luggage was held. Actually my husband and I were Ok but the other couple needed toiletries. Barely had to go outside from arrivals to hotel. We needed to eat but the restaurant served only big meals. All we wanted was a burger and fries, wine for the girls and a beer for the guys, which they ordered from the bar for us. I was a lot shocked to find that for one couple the bill came to €92, around $150. CAD. Good thing it was good. Other than that, it was a fabulous hotel.

Hotel location is perfect! If you have an early flight or just want to be near the airport, this location ticks all the boxes! Hotel is steps from the terminal, and you are also steps from the airport courtyard area where there are shops, a grocery store, restaurant, access to trains/ S Bahn to the city center (about a 30-minute ride). There is also a Christmas Market this time of year, so this made it extra special! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is great. Staff at front desk was a bit mixed, some friendly, some just seemed like they were not too happy to be at work, this was the only somewhat negative thing, other than this, everything else was great!

Great pool/hot tub/fitness area, spacious rooms, dining options, right at the airport. Not particularly welcoming service except at pool. All feather pillows, wished I’d remembered to report allergies. Weird motion activated nightlights kept waking us up till figured out how to block them. Overall convenience can’t be beat and comfortable with some luxury as well.

The room was clean and the pillows were the best Ive slept on in a while. The staff were kind and very helpful. Plus the AC worked which was so important because i cannot sleep in a hot room. I will say in the morning i thought someone was knocking but no one was there i think it was just the maids putting their equipment next to the walls
