Staff would refuse to check people in early despite having plenty of rooms available as indicated by the fact that they would gladly give you a room if you paid an exorbitant early check in fee. We had friends staying at the nearby Novotel that got into their rooms at 10:00 am and the Hilton made us sit in the lobby until 3:00 pm

Safe yourself the time and money at the Novotel!

Have stayed here on numerous occasions due to the ease with which you can get to your flight but this was the last time. We are Honor members but still required to pay from $40 - $60 to get into your room before 3 pm despite there being MANY rooms cleaned and available when you try to check in. Since we travel extensively we are amazed at how this hotel tries to bilk you for every penny they can get! Whenever we travel to any other hotel in Europe, they do not require you to pay extra to get into your room before check in time if they have clean rooms available. Novotel is almost as close to the airport, much nicer, much cheaper & allows you to get into your room early with no additional fee. Highly recommend switching to the Novotel as their personnel are much nicer as well.

Loved location and was very nice hotel top notch quality. However if I new what they charge for water bottles to be delivered to room I would have walked down myself and purchased from stores near by. Besides that loved the place.

Maricel/ many of your dining staff went above and beyond in their service during our stay. Our room was superb the drinks at the bar were great as well. The showers in the rooms are really top notch although I did not have the time to visit the spa properly it looked like I should book at that hotel again just for the spa! Well done
