Overall, the stay was very nice and the staff was professional and polite. It should be noted that the shower was great but you have a huge issue or problem with how the shower door allows water to flood the floor. It is a huge problem that needs to be addressed.

This hotel has it all. The room looked new, had plenty of space, a great bathroom, great lighting and mirrors, a purpose made place for luggage, and is attached to the airport which has eating places and even a grocery store. It is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world. The only small negative is that they could use more people at the check-in desk. They were doing the best they could but dealing with many different travelers with many different languages takes time and patience. We will definitely stay here any time we're flying out of Munich.

I've stayed at many Hilton hotels before and this one is the nicest one I've ever experienced. Additionally, the Munich airport hosted its own German Christmas Market that was open to the general public. It was a lot of fun!

Location near MUC Terminal 2 *within* the airport complex. *Outstanding* staff support for a one-night stayer, even before I arrived in receiving for me and when I arrived in preparing for me safe and sound air travel multiple *wine* deliveries. Spacious room with excellent lighting system, not entirely intuitive. TV with an astonishing assortment--dozens--of international news channels. Amenities maybe not 5-star: Bath gel not dispensed in shower, onny shampoo and condidioner. Washing gel at the sink--but no bar soap. In room coffee only instant. But what beautiful cups! (Did not use the inviting restaurant because of the Chrstmas market just outside.) Great down pillows
