The rooms are extremely compacted and claustrophobic but the bed is at least comfortable and the shower is nice with a rainfall head.

The location of this hotel can not be beat. It is just outside of the Old Town area. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. We loved that the windows opened for fresh air. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for Oktoberfest and were steps to the parade route. It’s conveniently located to old town and multiple transportation routes (subway, bus and train). Room was comfortable in size and ac worked great. We enjoyed the morning snacks of pastries we could take with us. Would stay here again

Like the location, 8 minutes walk to the central station, close to transportation. You can walk to city center for about 12-14 minutes. The cleanness is ok. The hotel has a central location, close to Karlsplatz metro station with a direct S8 link from the airport. The staff were efficient in dealing with my luggage locker request (2 euros, secure room in the basement, reached by a lift). Helpful was the grab-and-go breakfast and free coffee pods. The room was small but well equipped with wifi, hair dryer, TV. But my concern is the noise coming from the homeless vagrants who either sleep in doorways (including this hotel's) and the long-closed department store next door. This issue should be looked into by the hotel owners with the authorities.
