The hotel was within a 5 minute walk from the main train station and multiple subway stations and a 7 minute walk from the Old Town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and made me feel welcome. The room was very clean but perhaps a little tired in a few areas. However cleanliness is paramount for me and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Munich.

The kitchen is useful but note pots and pans have an extra charge per night not immediately obvious on booking app. The room is a little dated but no issue. Staff helpful and English speaking. Biggest issue is the curtains didn't block out the light quite enough so lots of early morning light got into our room.

ideal location, close to station. Nice Italian restaurant attached which is also where breakfast is served (bit limited but adequate). Spacious room though bathroom a bit snug! Frustrating that reception closes at lunchtime - just at the time we wanted to collect stored luggage. This meant our morning in Munich was cut short so that we could still catch our booked train.

Handy location just a few minutes walk from the haupbahnhof. Clean, comfy, quiet room on the back of the building. The room had a kitchenette although without any equipment. The downfall of this was someone trying to cook something somewhere and setting the fire alarm off on the first night. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming...more-so that the moody breakfast team. Overall, good value and met all my needs for a good stay in Munich.

Enjoyed my stay, reception staff very friendly :-) Plenty of shops a 5-min. walk away at the main station. Room clean. Great little kitchenette, although no bowls or dish towel and plates a bit small. You may need earplugs if you get a room facing the road. Also, room quite hot, even in March (sun was shining the whole time), so could be uncomfortable in summer, as no air-con. Small shower with annoying curtain that sticks to you! Just mentioning these minor things for future visitors, but I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Room Ok- Breakfast average, the bacon and sauges were undercooked. Limited options for breakfast. The servants started to take away the food and juice 15min before closing time. Boring small lobby with a selfserving refrigerator.
