The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one complaint that I have is the noise level. While the walls dampen most of the noises, the doors are so thin that you could join in the conversations in the hallway as the other guest walk by. The big plus is that the hotel is near the center of the city and is within walking distance to practically everything.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful and the room was as pictured. However it does needs a little TLC as it appeared a little shabby…. Nothing major, but the curtains were missing clips and were hanging poorly, electrical conduits for tvs were untidy, with bits hanging off and laying on floor, and the metal floor strip in the doorway was loose and had screws heads sticking up.
