Very small and outdated rooms. Lift only goes to level 4 and we were on 5th so had to carry the luggage by stairs.

The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The location has two entrances and they were both well lit and clean. There is a working theater so it is a bit crowded sometimes in the evenings, but that never affected the service we received. Highly recommend.

Charming hotel connected to the theatre, abit disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer any discounts for the theatre itself though. Rooms were abit dated but still charming. Wasn’t super close to things but was still worth it for the price!

The upside of this hotel was its location. Easily walkable and many choices nearby for food, shopping, etc. Many features of the hotel are quite dated and in need of updates. There was only one key for the room and the key was required to lock the door from the inside. We were two independent travelers which meant we either went together or you had to stay until the other person returned. This could ultimately be a safety concern as one could end up being locked in the room. Checkout was also inconvenient as we had an early flight and no place to leave the key. There were two numbers to call and tried both. Both indicated it was not a working number.

The location was very convenient and close to train station and areas we wanted to visit. It was a good hotel that offered coffee in the mornings. Everything was available and many restaurants nearby.

There’s no photos of rooms for a reason. The room was large, cold, and outdated. The carpet smelled moldy and the room looked like it was from an abandoned building. The photos on the site are of the theatre next door—essentially false advertising. The staff didn’t help with anything, except for the night staff who helped the most with WiFi and things like that. Everyone else was indifferent or rude. Taking personal calls while keeping me waiting or suggesting I “google” the area instead of providing suggestions for where to get clothes cleaned. The accommodation was not accommodating. I’d have preferred a smaller, modern, clean room. As it was the building looked like it was abandoned not too long ago and the elevator was broken while I was there.

No complaints. One room for 4 people. It was clean and tidy and suited us perfectly for Oktoberfest. Not somewhere I would stay with family, but suited for this weekend. The showerhead was broken so wouldn't stay in one place. Only one of the 3 lights in the room worked.
