Great location near train atation

We really enjoyed staying at The King’s Hotel. It is about 5 blocks from the central train station and easily walkable with luggage. The staff was very friendly and the room was small but very clean.

Very convenient if you want to stay close to the main train station with trams and subways to everywhere in the city. 5 minute walk at most - but keep in mind train station attracts a lot of unsavoury types so while it’s safe it’s not necessarily peaceful. Rooms are pretty bare bones but breakfast area and courtyard are beautiful. Also they let us check in early and stored our bags for free on check out.

Great place for exploring Munich

A perfect hotel to explore munich city center . 10-25 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and glockenspiel. The sbahn station is a 5-10 minute walk so taking train to/from airport very easy to do. Also you can take the trains all over germany to explore. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The option to skip room cleaning for a $10 voucher was a nice touch. Used ours for full breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Interior garden space beautiful place to enjoy outdoors and a drink from the bar. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Controlled AC temp so easy to adjust for individual comfort. Nothing negative about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy Munich.

Great experience.

Amazing hotel in great location close to train station and old town area. Really clean and good air conditioning on hot days. Fantastic breakfast in the morning.

This was awful. Nice place aesthetically but we woke up to no power. No lights and our phones weren’t charged. They would NOT ALLOW US A 1 HOUR CHECKOUT DELAY to shower in the lights, not in the dark and also to charge our phones that we thought were charging overnight. The $50 buffet was awful even if it was free let alone to pay $50. Never staying there again. Do not recommend.

Little gem of a place, very close to station with a lovely hidden peaceful garden. Very clean and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only minor unusual point is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You have to go to little bar behind reception to make a hot drink for yourself but it’s well stocked and free to use.
