This lovely vacation finca with pool is located only a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia.



The spacious pop-up pool offers you a wonderful cooling on hot summer days. Here you can enjoy the rural surroundings and the vacation in peace with your whole family and switch off from everyday life. The interior is bright and attractively furnished. The spacious garden offers plenty of lawn, comfortable sun loungers and a playground for your children. The power supply of this environmentally friendly vacation property runs on the free solar energy. Only generator energy and butane gas are chargeable (in case of high consumption). Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. License number: 1911-2017-ET



In the back of the property, the owners maintain a vegetable garden. They take care of it regularly and guests are often treated to fresh vegetables. This finca is quietly located in the middle of wide fields and very close to the beautiful nature reserve 'Albufera', which is widely known for its variety of birds and is a mecca for ornithologists.

Tolle auszeit

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt leider klappte die Kommunikation mit Novasol gar nicht die Dame die die Finca verwaltet spricht Spanisch und mit Händen und Füßen es klappt solange man nichts braucht ansonsten hilft Google Übersetzer 🙈

Nous n’avons pas pu passer une seule nuit sans être réveillés par les aboiements, les cris d’oiseaux (dont pintades et coqs à proximité immédiate), les miaulements de chats et autres bruits de véhicules qui empruntent la route située à 200m à vol d’oiseau du logement. Rien à signaler par ailleurs.

Diese kleine Finca ist schön gelegen mit einem wirklich schön angelegtem Grundstück. Unsere Vermieterin Carmen hatte auch schon den Pool gefüllt, obwohl dieser laut Beschreibung erst ab Mai zur Verfügung stehen sollte. Ob das nur für uns gemacht wurde, haben wir aber nicht erfahren können, Carmen spricht leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch, nur Spanisch. Dies soll kein Vorwurf sein, denn wir waren ja auf Mallorca. Nutzen konnten wir den Pool eh nicht, viel zu kalt. Auch nachts was es sehr kalt in der Finca, wir konnten uns aber mit einem Gasofen behelfen. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spartanisch, wir haben z.B. ein Kochmesser oder einen Messbecher vermisst. Was ist noch zu sagen: Die Betten hatten sehr bequeme Matratzen, die Terrasse war sehr schön, der gelegentliche Lauf des Generators nervig, die Betreuung durch Carmen, trotz Sprachbarriere, einwandfrei. Da die Finca keinen Internetanschluss hatte, haben wir uns mit einem LTE-Router beholfen, der Verbindung war einwandfrei. Wir können die Finca bei angenehmen Temperaturen weiterempfehlen, da die Lage wirklich schön ist.
