This beautiful chalet has a privileged location due to the beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room, and laundry. Outside you will find a terrace where you can eat outdoors and enjoy the quiet and residential atmosphere of the area. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, heating, and an internet connection.

The property is situated in a residential area, ideal to spend your holidays with the family or with friends. It is near to Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort; there you will find a lot of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants and you will taste the typical gastronomy. A few meters from the villa there is the Parque Nacional de la Albufera (National Park of the Albufera), ideal for going for a walk or by bike and observing the Mediterranian flora and fauna. In addition, next to the house, you will find a bus stop (from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort).

The property is located in Playas de Muro, where you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the zone, with crystalline waters and white sand.

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist Top. Auch mit der Agentur Foravila hat die Kommunikation super hekla. nur zum Empfehlen.
