In our beach villa "Can Catlar" you get exactly that. For many the beach of Muro remains one of the most beautiful on the island. Fine, white sand near the nature park S'Albufera. The beach leads into the sea, to the "swimming depth" you often have to walk a long time. Just around the corner is our favorite Beach Club "Royal Beach". Here you can enjoy excellent cuisine, delicious mojitos, fancy presentations, relaxed live music and all with a heavenly panoramic sea view. In Playas de Muro, it has also become a bit fancier than before. Everything is within walking distance, starting with many different restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, leisure activities etc.

For all surfers, kiteboarders, sailors and watersport fans, you can rent all the water sports equipment in a surf school right next door.



The 1,150 m² green plot is completely fenced and created with Mediterranean plants and trees, which gives you a very private idyllic. The outdoor area is designed with lots of green space, which will delight children's hearts very much. The beach is just 20 meters away and is an absolute plus for families with children, as you can quickly catch up on all the essentials of beach equipment. For those who prefer to chill out in the garden, the comfortable sun loungers or the comfortable lounge area are the perfect choice. The barbecue area is very spacious and equipped with its own kitchen. The integrated stone benches and the large wooden table provide space for the whole travel group. There are also other possibilities to eat outside, for example under another covered terrace or directly in the garden under the parasol. The outdoor area is more reminiscent of a well-kept park with all its different benches and stone paths that lead you through the garden. If you come from the beach are a complete bathroom and 2 shower rooms available, so you do not drag the sandy beach into the house.



The Ibizan style beach house is divided into 170m² ground floor living space. The chic kitchen is decorated in an elegant white tone and has direct access to the furnished terrace. A modern kitchen island and plenty of work space all around offer plenty of comfort and space for cooking. Meanwhile, at the kitchen bar you can try a glass of wine. At kitchen appliances everything is available. Behind the kitchen bar is an open-plan dining area with a fireplace separated by a round arch from the living room. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture and satellite TV. The large sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light while providing direct access to another furnished terrace. The sleeping area is suitable for 8 persons and is divided into 4 large double bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 pull-out bed). The 2 double bedrooms have their own bathroom ensuite. The third bath is shared here. All bedrooms have integrated air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. In addition, each bedroom is equipped with its own desk. An absolute plus, for those who need to work, who will write postcards or for our little guests, who would like to paint a picture of their vacation.
