Beautiful and well-maintained house in the center of Muro.



If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant vacations with your family and friends, in Capavila you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for.

The house is divided into two floors.

On the ground floor you will find the dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favorite dishes during your vacation, and a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, you can access the spacious terrace.

On the first floor are the bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with a bathtub.



In the outdoors, you can enjoy pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue, you can prepare delicious dishes for a cozy barbecue evening.

You can refresh yourself in the 6x3 meter pool, which has loungers prepared for you.



The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.



IMPORTANT:

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in vacation homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles was man benötigt ist im Haus zu finden. Unserseits gibt es kleine Anmerkungen, die Matratzen könnten mal getauscht werden, neue liegen für den Pool und einen Pool Kühlschrank in der Garage ☺️ Liebe Grüße
