This house has two storeys and offers 175 m² of living space with 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, plus a modern bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a dining area, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

From here you can access the beautiful courtyard with pool (2x3 metres) and various seating areas, sun loungers are also available to you.

Possibility to set up a safety fence around the pool to prevent access for small children

Of course there is also a barbecue for cosy evenings.

You are allowed to bring a small dog up to 8 kg, however please note that there are occasionally two cats in the courtyard, which have a small feeding area in one corner.

In this house you can enjoy authentic Majorcan village life!



IMPORTANT:

Beautifully designed, renovated traditional house, a quite place with lots of privacy :) We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area. A car is def. needed to explore but it is definitely worth the drive, we felt at home and would love to come back ✨

We had a great stay

We had a great stay in the holiday home. It is exactly as described in the listing, beautifully furnished and very spacious. The courtyard is beautiful with the small pool and sun terrace. We worked remotely for a few days which worked very well as the house has a top internet connection. The location is good - the self check-in was very convenient and you feel very private. However, Muro as a town is not recommended if you are looking for restaurantscafés. By car, however, you can quickly reach Alcudia and Platja de Muro.

Parfait!

Maison de ville spacieuse et agréable avec cour intérieure magnifique proposant une piscine, une terrasse couverte et une terrasse au soleil. Climatisation indispensable et appréciée.Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.Lit bébé et chaise haute fournis. Il manquait peut-être du gel douche.

Nuestra estancia fue de 10: la casa es magnífica, muy bien amueblada y muy limpia. 2 habitaciones muy grandes. El patio: un pequeño paraíso. Muro es un pueblo muy tranquilo y agradable️ La playa (10min coche). Podemos aparcar el coche cerca de la casa. Supermercados y panaderías alrededor. Mallorca Charme: empresa muy eficaz. Gracias, queremos volver
