Francina House is a townhouse with a swimming pool just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Mallorca: Playa de Muro. It is a very quiet area, but it also has very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.The house has a private saltwater pool measuring 3m x 7m on a very well-maintained terrace, with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and umbrellas to sunbathe or rest in the shade, barbecue and a beautiful furnished terrace with several tables and chairs to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.In turn, the terrace is connected to the living room through two accesses with large windows that let in a lot of light and make the dining room a very pleasant place. Here you will find another large table and a sofa area to watch television with air conditioning. The kitchen, modern and with an American bar, is perfectly equipped.One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace. The rest of the rooms are on the first floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. In total, the house has a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and two upstairs, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. All bedrooms have a double bed. In addition to bath towels, they have pool towels for all guests.For winter, they will have portable electric heaters.
