This fantastic villa, with a natural grass garden, is located 100 m from the beautiful beach of Platges de Muro. It has a barbecue, furnished terraces and outdoor parking space within the same building. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful weather of the island.



The house has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped new kitchen, a large comfortable living-dining room and a large hall. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In short, the villa has all the amenities for you to have a perfect vacation with family or friends.



The property is located in a quiet residential area. A few metres from the villa there are several supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is very close to S'Albufera National Park, which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. It is well-connected with the coastal areas through a nearby bus service from Can Picafort to Port d'Alcúdia, where you will find many shops and enjoy the cuisine of the island.



The accommodation is privileged to enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The beach in Platges de Muro, with its white sand and crystal-clear water, has been awarded the European Union's prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.
