Capacity for 8 people.

The villa has a surface area of 250 m² of comfort in all aspects. It has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a fully equipped, spacious and bright kitchen along with the dining room. In addition to a small toilet.

It stands out for being a new construction and for the great quality of all the accommodations.

The outdoor area is not left behind, there is a terrace, fenced pool, sun loungers, barbecue, very comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace to enjoy good weather, company and spectacular views.



IMPORTANT:

All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Important note about electrical consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.30 Eur/kwh will be applied for air conditioning consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

A refundable deposit will be charged.

Amazing family holiday

The villa was so lovely and peaceful and well equipped with everything you need. Some shade by the pool - the shade only comes out when there’s no wind whatsoever and it was windy most of the time, the showers could do with a bit of updating, more pillows in the bedrooms and a blind for the big window in the master bedroom bathroom as everyone in the fields and neighbouring villas can see in!

Das Haus und das komplette Gelände waren wunderschön angelegt. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ersetzt werden. Der Pool war leider nicht so sauber.

Leider war die Finca bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber

Abschließbarer Pool war mit 5 Kindern perfekt. Auch die Außenanlagen sind top und sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit im Haus und im Pool. Das Housekeeping war da leider stellenweise sehr oberflächlich.
