Welcome to this lovely chalet located at only 180 m from Playa de Muro beach. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The exteriors are quite beautiful. Those provide our guests with landscaped areas that surround a terrace and a porch where you can have breakfast, make a barbecue or simply take a glass of wine or champagne. There are 3 available sun loungers to sunbathe or read a book, although the latter will surely appeal to you on the upper terrace, a more private place!

It is a two-storey house. On the ground floor, a living-dining room features two sofas, a coffee table, TV-Sat, A/C and a modern dining table. The kitchen provides our guests with ceramic hob, A/C and everything necessary to cook. The floor is completed with a double bed bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs, you will find another bathtub bathroom and three more dormitories, two with a double bed of them with and the last one with two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms have an exit to the upper terrace. All the dormitories have wardrobe and A/C. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request.There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located close to the road, so it is easily accessible. Beach lovers find here their paradise, since Playa de Muro beach is characterized by its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. It is also really suitable for kids,as it has shallow depth and not strong swell. Very close to it, there is Puerto de Alcúdia area, which is more lively with endless shops, bars and restaurants. And, of course, you cannot miss a visit to the old city of Alcúdia, with its narrow cobblestone streets, its historic wall and its market Thursdays and Saturdays.

Wir haben uns im dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war im makellosen Zustand, sehr sauber, alles ist auf die letzte Kleinigkeit durchdacht und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Die Einrichtung, die Küchenausstattung und der Strand-Kit (mit Stühlen, Badehandtüchern, Sonnenschirmen, Kinderspielsachen, usw.) haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Garten und die Terrassen sind super schön, die Gegend ist ruhig und der wunderschöne Strand Playa de Muro ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir werden beim nächsten Mallorca-Aufenthalt versuchen, dieses Haus wieder zu buchen. Wir hatten auch das Vergnügen, die Eigentümer des Hauses kurz kennen zu lernen und finden sie sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus daher wärmsten empfehlen.

The villa itself is even better than in the photos: New, clean, spacious, confortable, we even found some beach equipment at our disposal! The neighborhood is very quiet. The wonderful Platja de Muro is just around the corner, and supermarket, bus stop and restaurant are all nearby. The perfect location for resting and having a wonderful holiday!

Schöne Villa mit 3 Terrassen und wunderschönem Garten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und man findet immer eine Ecke, wo man einfach entspannen und die Sonne genießen kann. Strand ist 5 Minuten z Fuß entfernt. Die Lage ist sonst ruhig und man kann in der Nacht ungestört schlafen obwohl gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe liegen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
