This spectacular house is located in a privileged place: first line of the spectacular beach of Platges de Muro. With direct access to the beach and a large terrace overlooking the sea, this accommodation is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. The house, classic style, is very spacious and bright and is fully equipped. In addition, it has a natural grass garden and several furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying the climate of the island.
The accommodation is located in Platges de Muro, a tourist area where you can enjoy countless services, supermarkets, restaurants and many activities to practice as a family. But the most impressive of the area is the spectacular white sand beach and crystal clear waters. On the other hand, the house is only 10 minutes by car from Port d'Alcúdia and Can Picafort.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the dining room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. In addition, it has electric radiators in two bedrooms. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
