VILLA SUSANA PANORAMIC ALICANTE
New Villa for 8 people
3 floors, ground floor: open-plan kitchen with all appliances (thermomix, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, oven, washer-dryer, etc.) and accessories, living room with sofa bed, 85-channel TV (Polish channels), bathroom with shower, and a bedroom for 2 with access to the garden. First floor - large bedroom with a view of the sea, king-size bed, dressing table, 75-channel TV (Polish TV), private bathroom with shower, second bedroom with a sea view, with a private bathroom, 55-channel TV (Polish channels). Inductive phone chargers are installed in each bedroom. Directly from the first floor there is access to the first observation deck (2 comfortable armchairs and an avocado tree). The third floor is a beautiful observation deck - on one side there is a view of the sea and the panorama of Alicante and El Campelo, on the other side there is a view of the mountains and golf courses.On the viewing terrace, you'll find a gas grill with a rotating spit, a refrigerator, a lounge set for 8 people, and a deckchair.
Garden - 4 comfortable loungers, a lounge set for 8 people, a 6-person jacuzzi (heated) with a TV and sound system, and a hot shower. The garden features palm trees, Yucca trees, and a beautiful olive tree. Pool area - a 6m x 3m swimming pool (cleaned weekly by the service center) is available, along with two cleaning robots, a remote-controlled pool lock for safety and cleanliness, a poolside shower, three comfortable sun loungers and a lounge set for 5/6 people, two remote-controlled awnings, four orange trees, and two lemon trees.
The entire house is controlled via the Smart Home app (external and internal lighting, blinds, pool, etc.).
Central air conditioning is installed throughout the house, with individual room controls.
High-speed internet is available throughout the property, and one large karaoke speaker and a smaller JBL speaker are also available.
The house is secured and monitored 24/7 by an external company.
The nearest beach in El Campelo is approximately 3.5 km away, and the airport is 25 km away via the highway.
An Audi A5 convertible is also available for rent, with pickup at Alicante Airport.
