Not a good experience

It looked like that property we booked and property we stayed in were 2 different properties. There were so many things which we expected but were not there. There was no microwave or iron. Kitchen was very small and not well equipped. Some of the handles for the drawers were broken. Sofa had stain on them. There were bed bugs in the bed on the 1st floor. Bathrooms were not very clean with inadequate supplies. Outdoor patio umbrellas were broken. Pool was very small and not heated.
