Disapointing experience

We booked over the internet, choosing the king size bed option: there where 2 single beds pushed together; the internet connection was so slow that I couldn't even upload a photo on facebook; the food in the restaurant was very expensive and very small, so don't go for their breakfast or dinner. The receptionist didn't explain at all about the facilities we could use, such as the sauna. We didn't have any leaflets about the Amsterdam City and how to get there, or nobody told us that before we leave the parking we should ask the reception to validate the ticket... Overall, it was clean, quiet, warm, but there was a lack of communication and information's.

Hotel war ganz ok.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gerechtfertigt. Bei einem Frühstück für 16,- Euro erwarte ich etwas mehr! Bei der Internetbuchung war auch nicht zu ersehen, dass tägliche Parkgebühren anfallen. Der Saunabereich war ein Witz. Uralter Saunaraum mit teilweise Brandspuren, kein Ruheraum, kein warmes Wasser. Hatte Raucherzimmer gebucht, wurde auch bestätigt, leider habe ich aber keines bekommen.

Éloignement

L'hôtel était a 22kms de la ville d Amsterdam alors que sur le site c'est écrit a 2kms. Cela était pour moi un très gros inconvénient sinon l'hôtel était d'une bonne qualité j'ai même étais surprise en y arrivant.

A fuir !!

Bonjour, Je me suis rendu dans cet hotel sois disant 4*... Le constat est plus que mauvais... L'hotel est situé à 20Km d'AMSTERDAM.. dans une zone industrielle (fantôme)...Les moquettes sont sales, les chambres anciennes, la TV datant des années 70 !! pour un 4 étoiles... JE DIRAI A FUIRE ABSOLUMENT !!! La chambre est mal isolée.. (On sent l'air extérieur)... Tres déçue !!

Wer nicht mitten in Amsterdam eine Unterkunft findet ist das eine Alternative

Da Amsterdam am Pfingstsamstag in der Stadt alles nahezu ausgebucht war, haben wir weiter außerhalb ein bezahlbares Hotel gesucht. Für 65,- EUR (ohne Frühstück) ist das Hotel voll OK. Der Preis schwankt natürlich nach Buchungszeitraum. Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung ist der Parkplatz kostenlos gewesen. Von dem Sauna- und Fitness-Angebot haben wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht und können deshalb hierzu nichts sagen. Ich denke das Hotel hat eher 3plus Sterne - aber die Kategorisierung richtet sich wohl eher nach dem Landesstandard. Zum nächsten P+R Parkplatz von Amsterdam sind es nur 10-15 Autominuten. Sauber war alles.
