Mum and I enjoyed our 4-night stay here. Breakfast at the cafe was great. We ate heartily. Despite being a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, it is considered good exercise. And lots to see on the way. Stay healthy, eat well, and explore more.

The location of the property is not the best for easily accessing the train lines (15 min walk to Nagoya station, 10 mins to local train) and they have clearly paid a lot of influencers to talk up the property.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was lovely with decent sized rooms. One annoying thing was not being able to put the toilet light on at night without putting the rooms master switch on which defaulted to full brightness. The hotel replaced the towels everyday which whilst being nice is not very ecologically friendly.

The hotel is not close to any subway station. About 15 mins walk. If you have a big luggage and during summer time which is under the sun in 40 Degrees, it’s not a good idea to stay. We have 4 luggages with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had to Uber to Nagoya stn for 1700 yen.(about $12 US which is not bad). Room is unique. Air condition can only adjust to the lowest 20 degrees. They have a fan in the room. It helps a bit. Lobby is nice. Service is excellent. Fish market and restaurants are closed by about 5 mins walk.

Upscale and Impressive Hotel

Such an impressive hotel when you walk in, and every staff member was super nice and helpful the entire time. Rooms were large and had every amenity imaginable. I was a little surprised at the large amount of black mold in the shower room, so I hope they do a better job of cleaning and sanitizing in the future. Overall would definitely stay again, preferably in a cooler month!

We had a bad experience checking in to a room with the scent of smoking in it. It took to long for the staff to acknowledge the fact that the someone smoked in our room and assign us a different room.
