Had a 4 night solo vacation here. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food at Pacific Prime is amazing! I had poutine too many times for room service! Walking distance to dining and shopping. Perfect for half day trips and relaxing at the spa in the afternoon. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. Looking forward to returning with family.

Lovely location especially in the winter when it's not too busy. Beautiful views. One bedroom suite ocean view was lovely. We were able to get a second room adjoining which was very convenenient. The view from the second room was poor. Very quiet except for the heating system at night that we turned off due to the noise.

The whole experience was wonderful. The view from our oceanfront studio room was exceptional - couldn't have asked for better. Checkin and checkout was super easy and quick. All of the staff were so friendly. Loved the walkway along the beach right by the Resort.

Room was very small, too narrow to pull chair out from desk. Too narrow to pass between desk chair and bed. Was asked immediately upon check in to upgrade to a larger room for a price. Heat/AC unit extremely loud. Would not stay here again.

Good hotel (not great)

We had a great time! They were a bit apprehensive about kids but we had no issues. Restaurant at hotel was good. Had a kid friendly pool. Strict rules at the pool (no drinks or food). Parking a truck was an issue. Lots close but not pedestrian friendly. Beautiful location in the water tho!

Beautiful waterfront property. For some odd reason housekeeping claimed they couldn’t enter our room and chose not to enter the room. Our room in same condition when we returned hours later , bed unmade.
