The staff was wonderful! The night staff even put our laundry in the dryer due to it being in use Renovated room was very nice. Balcony was a neat touch. But the carpeting, walls & doors throughout could use an upgrade. It was noisy with children, but you can’t control that. Overall an average stay.

This was a last minute booking for us. The hotel is outdated, the hallway smelled like fried food, the room smelled like cigarettes. It was very outdated, the railing on the patio is rusty and the patio has cracks, didn’t feel safe on it. They were fully booked so we knew we couldn’t change rooms. Staff apologized for the smell and said they would have the a/c cleaned. The vanity in the bathroom was peeling on the bottom. Staff were friendly.

The place is convenient from the ferry terminal when coming in late. Amber was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good and the lady that runs it kept the place clean and always replenish the food
