這次入住 竟然到了酒店訂單沒成立 在櫃檯站了ㄧ個多小時處理 所以在Hoteles.com 要確認再確認 但酒店經理很好 不厭其煩幫我們處理

不理想，尚有许多改善空间，尤其是监督房间清理方面。

连续多天只是随随便便整理床单便当作收舍和清洁，其实茶具没有清洁。吹风机，枕头，电视遥控器等又不放回位，甚至没有清倒垃圾桶和补充瓶装水，投诉了亦如是。此外，隔音很差，而且门卡亦每两天失效一次。
