The most useless hotel in the world.

The cachroach was bigger than the usual variety seen in China. The area is close to nothing. The nearest metro is three km away. The staff were honestly useless. They dont speak English which is fine I am in a foreign country but even when I used the translator program on my phone the answers they gave were completely opposite what I asked. Or they would just walk away and pretend I am not there.

Couldnt find booking

Stood at front desk for about 45 minutes with them looking at the confirmation email and not having a clue about my reservation. Then made me pay 300rmb which was thankfully refunded the next day. Very unprofessional.

The location was good for me. Close to the park and Train station. The service was ok and had a good view room.

It was OK.

The area around the hotel is very commercial but not very pretty. People on the counter did not talk English very much so they were not a lot of help when we asked about directions. However, they were friendly, polite and kind to us.

Hotel ist zu Fuß ca. 45 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, mit dem Bus ca. 10 Minuten das Hotel sonst ist sauber, das Personal hilfreich, englisch wurde verstanden und es konnten offene Fragen geklärt werden
