Kahana Manor 218 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located North of Kaanapali, on the 1st floor that can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have easy access to the condo as the condominium offers elevator access. The main living area is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows and the kitchen has everything you need for dining. The lanai provides a place to enjoy taking in the fresh Maui air. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a portable air conditioner, and large mirrored closet doors. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room and for added convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by April 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***

Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

This place could use a little TLC. It’s a bit dreary and a little on the dumpy side. Dryer doesn’t vent to outside, so when using it, you fill the place will hot and humid air from your drying laundry. The couch is kind of dirty. Generally, I think the property management does its best with what it has. There was expected and normal communication from them about checkin and checkout. Only the bedroom is air conditioned, with a portable unit. I feel like for the price the entire place could have had A/C and that the dryer could be properly vented. All that said, it’s not terrible, just not particularly good. It does the job. The location is great though. Just far enough from downtown Lahaina, but just a short drive from everything.
