Quattro posti, con letto matrimoniale e letto alla francese. Il giardino è un tipico giardino storico napoletano, con alberi di agrumi e muri di tufo. La casa è sulle scale, nel quartiere Chiaia: per questo è silenziosa. A 5' a piedi dai Quartieri Spagnoli, nuovo punto della vita serale napoletana, senza averne il caos. A 10' da piazza Plebiscito, da via Toledo, e dal Lungomare e dai baretti della movida. Presente un terrazzino attiguo alla stanza. Situazione molto tranquilla in quanto ci vive solo il proprietario con il suo cane femmina di Labrador, un animale buonissimo con persone e altri cani.
